2220 Newquay

Heard here south of St.Austell at 2220 tonight prop type heading in to Newquay, nothing showing on flightradar, heard call saying in for a full stop. Any ideas ? If a civvie, my apologies but why nothing on flightradar ?

It was a USN C-130T, 164996, hence nothing on Flightradar. :)

Thanks Kyle and Nick, as you say, a rare visitor. I am off to take a look at Classic Air Force later, open again today after the winter shutdown and will take a look to see if it is still here

There's nobody around it at present Pete so it's here a while longer at least.

Someone on FB reported seeing a USMC KC-130 climbing over Berry Head less that an hour ago, maybe this was at Newquay ?

CNV3007 - C-130T - 164598 Looked like it arrived at 18.00 and departed a hour later
