It is VERY dark here at the mound at crash gate 6, so I'm going to have to be smart with the camcorder 🥴
Well that's PLANE to see!

Dang! Just as I headed to the front of the house from the back, it roared past the back! Never saw a thing!

Lesson, make a choice and stick with it!

Congrats. So there were two? Only one was on the trackers. Pity this year was so disappointing (for me at least), barring the Reds.

Edit: FANG32 (ZJ937) also shows now on FR24. Apparently #1 and #2 tracked aircraft on there right now, for what it's worth.

I was referring to the reliability of the serials not the geographical location

Ah. Well the locations weren't too reliable tonight either! :D

If you believe it the other one was apparently ZK320 (FANG31), but we will have to wait and see.

I can confirm it was a pair, watched them both roar over the Esplanade. Red & green lights were all that was visible, until they lit the burners just as they passed overhead. MS Vandal Jr was in a Cinema at the time & she & everyone else in there heard them, she was enjoying a film at the time & not in the foyer.👍

Not sure if any of those involved either from the RAF, in any capacity, or from the Edinburgh Military Tattoo frequent this forum, but if they do - ThankYou. We don't often get much RAF hardware in & around Edinburgh, & with only one cancellation, we've had it good this year. Well done all involved.👏

I think looking back over 2023 Tattoo Flypasts I’ve quite enjoyed the ones I’ve seen, never saw the Coningsby Typhoon (but heard it!). Disappointed we never got the Poseidons - great memories of when Nimrods performed Tattoo Flypasts! - but really enjoyed seeing The Red Arrows & The Typhoon - Atlas combinations - Shame we never got a combination of Typhoon & Poseidon! Top marks for the Flypasts This Year👍.

Aye, there were 2 of them. Not reviewed my videos yet, but seem to have done not too badly. Long gone are the days of hanging out my sittingroom window at the Pleasance, in anticipation of them skiting over the Crags, and filming them with the afterburner symphony as the soundtrack!
Well that's PLANE to see!

Be interesting to see which Flypast they feature on the TV Coverage tonight? Think it’ll probably be The Red Arrows?
