I went to Salisbury Crags again, in hope rather than expectation, and it was pretty certain they'd be a no show. Just before 9pm, you couldn't even see the castle, just the floodlights. I joked with a fellow photographer that the weather was only good enough for recreating 1950s peasouper images, but even that was impossible moments later as most of the city had almost disappeared. :(

I'd been hoping to see them depart Edinburgh too. Gutted.

Must have been a fairly last minute decision as it was a bright sunshiney day until last minute, gutted total disappointed.............

Wonder if they have any space left in the calendar for another attempt at a flypast? I would like that, but I doubt it.

Dex P, that would be great if the Reds did get another chance to give us another Flypast. Let’s hope so.
