F-15E c/n's

Morning All, Seasons greetings!
Apologies if this is old hat but a quick question...
Does anyone know what are the construction/line numbers for the following 2 F-15E's :- 92-0365 & 92-0366.

For 92-0365, Joe Baugher has 1250/E208
For 92-0366, Joe Baugher has 1251/E209

For 92-0365, Scramble has 1251/E209
For 92-0366, Scramble has 1250/E208

I find it odd that the serial & c/n wouldn't follow in numerical order?
Any know for definite?
