Loud jets over Bedworth Warwickshire

Just had a number of loud what sounded like fighter jets over Bedworth Warwickshire. They were fairly high. Anybody have any idea what aircraft. Very rare.

F15'S from Lakenheath, lots of pics of the on Nuneaton and bedworth facebook pages.
Came over Bulkington also.

They also fly over Leicester, 2 formations - 3 in one, 4 in other.
