Doubt it check https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _FINAL.pdf

Some investment in 17/18 of £1.6 million and others here.Would suggest not in the immediate future.

The gate guardians were knackered when I saw them last close up and didnt have any relationship with the site. I believe that the F100 was a French Air Force example repainted to USAF colours

The F-100D was ex-AdlA 42212/11-MN and arrived at Sculthorpe on 06/01/1976. It was on the gate at Sculthorpe in June 1978 (in French markings) when I first saw it and looked a bit weather worn then.

It did not look too bad Bob (cosmetically anyway) at the Open Day in 1990

There are pictures of it being moved on the Upper Heyford website but cannot find them at the moment

It looks a lot smarter than the Wethersfield gate version of "Triple Zilch" when I saw that!!

By the way, was that you I spoke to in John's Field when the SD F-16s were in - Darren and mate who had to get back to "a certain racecourse place" (seeing as you don't seem to want to publish your location)?
