There certainly seems to have been a policy change to 'fly the flag'. Nice to see.

I like it, it seems to be on brand with the other recent RAF special paint jobs showing the flag. Thanks for posting.

We're hopeful that our Puma rebuild project on XW208 might be due a 'partial' wave!

They are planned to fly over Waddington South to North, with Cranwell and Barkston before hand, I reckon they'll fly over College hall at Cranwell.
Think NAMs best chance is on the outbound leg from Scampton out to the south west - finger crossed!

Any chance of a slight detour to Sennybridge army camp?

Looks likely to be a 9 ship plus photo Puma.
Middle Wallop is a gas stop.

Whilst the flag tail looks really good compared to others that tried to do the same, the retro camo is the best thing about it for me Mike. It's a fabulous thing and I hope to catch it with a few friends as they go walkabout tomorrow.

Will it ever fly again or go to a show? - it would be great to get a shot of it on the ground

What are these "shows" you speak of?

There was 9 Pumas in the flypast at Cranwell. Very nice all the way down the runway. The 10th one caught up with the main group as they headed towards Waddington.

We saw them on track, on time. Only four miles away
The good news is that a JP in silver and red livery made a low approach to 22..1132hrs-ish. That is Kendrew!
Caught a glimpse of #10 northwest of RAF Cottesmore at 1153hrs, presumably aiming to catch up at Waldo
Funn hobby innit?
