Leeming have advised the local press of increased activity from the 23rd of August until the 23rd of September.

if its anything to go by the first arrival Waddo for CW 2019 was on the 19/8 ITAF/GAF
Your 'Crystal Ball' still seems to be quite clear? Mine is slightly scratched these days but....Waddington is the place to be! Maybe Fast Forward 2022 with an earlier date, same Air Forces, but only one bringing Tornado's! ;)
Support a/c & NATO E3A probably making an appearance as required. Possibly the first chance to see a GAF C-130 for some?
Not seeing much for other suggested bases Leeming, Coningsby & Marham, which could either indicate a rash of Cancellations or my worsening eyesight? :O
or possibly a GAF A400?

I only remember Italian and Israeli support flights in 2019 - saw quite a lot of stuff roaded in for the Germans - were there any German transports logged that anyone can remember?

Cheers Baz - I have no recollection of those at all - must have been away that week or something.

Fingers crossed for a C130 this time round.

No need for all the speculation.
If you want official facts, go to an official source. If you want speculation, come to an enthusiasts forum. Keep the speculation coming, some of us appreciate it, even it it proves wrong some of the time !
I always thought FC believed it was an official source  No point in receiving duff gen.

Hi 'baz1'. The GAF are planning to treat you to a new C-130J & a used A-400 !
As you will no doubt see from this Topic....viewforum.php?f=452 posted in Cobra Warrior 2022 'Tracking Info' the relative anticipated details are posted with some certainty.....but are not necessarily bound to be accurate? I'm also intrigued as to why a Moderator posts under this heading & then it's 'Locked'....presumably by a different Moderator?
Whilst no caveats are attached for the accuracy of the information, one would do well not to plan a visit on a specific day based on potentially incorrect data. ;)

I suggested to lock the threads because they are not due for a week. How many pages of discussions / thread drift would be added to the threads before the dates mentioned. Why make people read through multiple pages just to find out if they are airborne. The threads will be unlocked closer to the time
Posh are going to Wembley (albeit for a tin cup)

Please keep it as one thread for all movements, otherwise we will find independent threads for each of the fighters. :@

One thread for all movements will be awful.

The threads posted so far are for each current known arrival day and aircraft type.

When the ex actually starts, there will be daily movements threads (as is the same for all exercises).

Cheers

When the exercise starts and assuming participants will be based at more than one location, as earlier Leeming and Coningsby were also mentioned, can we have a movement thread per base?

Doesn't look like anything will be based at Leeming or Coningsby.

Cby, Marham and LN will be joining in, guess they can stay in heads up as normal, as it's not as easy to tell which flights are joining in, I less they use the exercise callsigns.

It's going to get messy on here either way - was just trying to start it with some structure.

I would imagine the B-52's at Fairford (Once they get there) may well do some sorties to take part in this as well.

The issue of what/where/when will always be a fluid situation up until the point that it happens, (wheels on Tarmac, etc) If anybody has daily access to the Movements Board at Waddington, then that would be magic! (& incredibly naive to copy it onto a public Forum! ;) )
Yes there are planned events/ dates which maybe subsequently affected by other circumstances. Outside of that I believe the 'current plan' sees no other visiting aircraft/UK Bases involved in CW.22. With the AMI F-35's at Marham being cancelled (Does anything fly from there anyway?? :'( ) & no overseas content at Coningsby.
Leeming is/was never an option. All other locations are wishful thinking at this time!
Proposed dates for Support aircraft arrivals/ departures are available to see elsewhere.... BUT I have seen a variation to those kindly posted by reaper493
Once the CW.22 flying weeks begin, some retrospective thinking to the last time will put you at Waddo' on the best days? Not to say that absolutely nothing else will happen on the non-exercise days!
FWIW I agree with the actions of Gary in Locking that thread for now........ Keep 'hoping' baz1  :P
