I've been talking to the guys in our local model shop, and they had the same problem.

So did I, I had one ordered for me for Xmas, but it didn't turn up in time. Now that I have got it, the wings are very warped. :'(

Still, if I can fix that, it looks to be a very nice kit, and test fitting shows nice joins!

Ours did eventually arrive on the thursday before christmas! Had a brief look at it, to check out how much work there is to do for my planned gunship conversion-quite alot! Started my Cyberhobby Sea Vixen instead! From what i could see, i could sum up the kit in one word, FLASH!

New Revell for 2012, not alot! Only a few new tools, highlights being the 1/32 He219 and Bf109G, 1/144 F-16 being the new tools, some reasonable re-releases (already mentioned E-4B, E 555 to name a few) including the Sea King Mk.41. Also a few decent reboxes including Hasegawa Harrier GR7 in 1/72 (a bit pointless with the Airfix kit out), Matchbox PR.9 (again a bit pointless), but better the new B-17 modified to a B-17F and a borrowing of the Zvezda Sukhoi T-50 tool.

Complete list here:

Arriving last week was the Witty Wings (diecast) Javelin FAW.9R, which is pants-wrong colors, grossly overscaled and almost unrecognisable missiles!

Arriving today Revell E-4B and Tornado 'Black Panther', as seen at RIAT 2011. Looks like the Ventura is next month then!
