Something Ive been looking to do for a while , so after finding a set of decals on Ebay from China , by Cartograph , the project was on , got hold of the Isracast F-15I conversion kit , which is pretty simple , new jet exhausts with turkey feathers new launch rail , large air intakes for the side (which are on all f-15Es but Tamiya have overlooked them ?) and 2 new cockpit instruments , very straight forward conversion
Main reason for wanting to do it was to get away from the boring grey F-15E scheme , this certainly fitted the bill using standard IDF colours from Xtracolor of FS 36375 Light Ghost grey FS33531 Sand FS 34424 green and FS30219 Tan
Its was a fun project that I enjoyed
