Testors 1/32 HH-43B

Hi

Just finished this blast from the past , probably a few on here who remember them being around the UK in the 60s and 70s at USAF bases for local base rescue , even saw a couple in Northolt

The kit is vintage too , 1961 in fact , first released by Hawk , then Testors , then Italeri , for an old mould its not a bad kit , interior was the major let down , but luckily found a Cobra Company (long gone) set on ebay , well happy , a few tweeks here and there and it looks like a Huskie I think

Xtracolor enamels with the decals from the kit , which was a Scalemaster sheet ,very nice

Spot on Paul, another great build. Saw a couple of operational examples on an Air Cadet visit to Alconbury back in the mid 70s. Always thought they were an amazing looking contraption but wouldn't have wanted to fly in one!
