Hi

Another part of the WGAF , well HEER (Army) I think Revell have to be admired for doing non run of the mill kits  It would be nice if they carried this on I think :S A 1/32 Do-28D to go with their Do-27 would be very nice , but I digress

This time a helo ,. not every ones favourite subject I know , but after over 60 years of putting bits of plastic together this is the first time I have made an Alouette II :O

The kit is not too bad , just very delicate when trying to build went together fairly well and looks like what its meant to be , which is a bonus

Finished in Xtracolor RAL 6014 Gelbolive it was a fairly simple scheme

Thanks for lookig

Paul

Very nice indeed Paul. You even managed to get the rotor blades to droop, which is something I always struggled with. Did it build like that out of the box or do you have a tip you're willing to share?

Thanks Kevin :thumb:

No secret just rub the blade between thumb and forefinger GENTLY so as not to snap it ( done that a few times !!) , usually takes 3 or 4 goes then GENTLY slightly bend the blade at the rotor joint , once you get the hang of it , only takes a couple mins a looks a lot better than flat blades , HTH mate ?

Cheers

Paul
