Looking at my photos - the fuel appeared to be coming from a small vent just forward of the port main undercarriage bay.
I'll stick a photo on Shawbury Spotters...

What was the civi registered plane that landed at Shawbury on the Saturday, had a huge camera on the front looking like it was used for mil use? :S

It was Twin Star G-DOSC of DO Systems.

SA and SB have both done short stints in military marks - but to my knowledge SC has not...
