As of midday today, visiting Swedish 84004 parked up beside 84007 and RDAF B-538 (parked nicely for photos that aren't rear on from Kings Meadow).

This was all that was visible outside, so 84002 and the Bangladeshi C-130 are no longer visible outside.

Thankyou for saying so, this forum is full of useful information and I am fortunate to be in a position to make my own regular contribution, however small it may be.

Here's to a few more years of Hercules at Cambridge.

I stumbled across the following article this evening (from May 2020): https://marshallaerospace.com/insights- ... -air-force

Does anyone know when the first Hercules will arrive from this contract, seeing as we are over two years into the 5 year contract?

Does anyone know which Hercules was making a racket in the engine run area on Thursday around the time of the Swedish movements?

I should have said that when 84004 was visiting last week, what looked like engines (engine shaped, wrapped in blue plastic) were unloaded - I didn't count how many though.

Perhaps for 84002?

Having succeeded in missing the Dane, despite both having an airtest and then departing for home today, there is nothing parked outside as of 1500 today.

There was, however, a Herculean noise coming from the engine run bays, but I don't know its identity.

Nothing parked up outside as of 1330 today.

Must be about time for some new arrivals - nothing new since 6th October according to the list at the top of the page.

Tp84 84002 was put back into the westernmost hangar after its airtest this afternoon. (For those who may be interested, it doesn't currently have AAR pods fitted on the wings.)

Can anyone confirm which Hercules was parked next to it? Looked stripped down to metallic finish in places, no props or nose.
