How do I find and access the 'Heads Up" section?

Hello, apologies as I have no doubt this has been posted elsewhere but I can't find the pages that tell of current aircraft movmeets (by searching or FAQ's) - i.e. aircraft in the air/imminently inbound: I've seen comments on the site that current movements are on the "Heads Up" page, but I can't find this section anywhere. I've also seen comments that you have to have posted 5 times to access it (one of the reasons for this post!). Can someone advise a newbie to the site please?

Typically, as soon as I posted that and went to the main board index, I found it! Not just trying to get 5 posts I promise!! I could swear it wasn't there before - I still cannot access it, is that due to not posting 5 times yet?

Ahhhh that makes sense now, was just to about to ask the same question lol, I can see the heads for outside the UK but not actual UK.
