Hi all. Any advice as to how to post a photo from my iPhone please. I’m certain I’ve asked this before but I’m forgetful as well as stupid. Thanks in advance. Stavid.

Hi stavid, you have to upload your photos to a photo hosting site and the best one to use is flickr, you can find flickr by clicking on this link :- www.flickr.com
You then have to create your account on there and then upload your images to it, you can create different albums for each subject before you upload any images if you like, and then add your images to each album that you've created.
Accounts are free for those that have a maximum of 1,000 images on the site, if you want to go over that limit then you'll have to pay the annual subscription of $49.95
I have no idea how to upload images from an iPhone (flickr is available on the App Store though) and maybe someone else can help with this, you might be better doing it by using a laptop or PC.
Once you've uploaded your images to flickr then you can download them to the forum by using the top link in Nighthawke's post.

Hi mike. Many thanks for the info. I downloaded Flickr. In trying to create an account it’s trying to get me to create an email account on yahoo. I really don’t want or need another email account but there doesn’t seem to be any other option? As already established, I’m not the best at these things but will endeavour to sort it out. Are you using your iPhone to do this?

Yes. Only because the photo I’d like to post is on it. I do own a tablet but not sure if that’d make the slightest difference to the technologically challenged such as myself. Regards. Stavid.

I've never used flickr on an iPhone (too fiddly for my big hands!), can any other members assist Stavid please?

I bit the bullet and decided to create an email account as requested on Flickr. Alas no matter how carefully I filled in all the necessary fields it won't seem to let me proceed. Very frustrating. Maybe just an iPhone thing? Regards. Stavid.
