Newbie - First Post

Post by haveblue » Thu Sep 09, 2021 4:06 pm

Hi all,

First post for me on FC, although I have been browsing the site for some time now to get a flavour of what is happening military aviation-wise at home and further afield. Long-time military enthusiast, going back to the 70s, with Lossie as my "local" for the most part. Having a bit more time on my hands these days I have decided to become more active and hopefully contribute to the "nostalgic" photography section in particular.

There are plenty of guys on here that post photos via Flickr so I'm sure they will be able to help if you get stuck.

After you have posted 5 times you will be able to access all the forum and there is a great Photography Section that will be able to help.

Hope this helps.

Hi haveblue ... as others have stated, a very warm welcome to the truly excellent FC.
Like you, I am a military enthusiast from the late 60's and I do miss the old airframes, especially the pistons :(
I also look forward to seeing your photos
Best regards, Terry

Hi Stratocruiser.

Please accept my apologies for the delayed reply to your welcome post. Hope to post start posting stuff within the next couple of weeks. The quality will be a bit lacking for the older stuff but hopefully the subject matter may go some way towards making up for that.
