It's short for 'squawk'.

Or 'Sealed With Kisses'.

in regards to who they are talking to = Swanwick
in regards to a radar discussion = squawk

Could also be discussing Stanley Black & Decker's stocks I suppose.

I understood "sqk" to be a more commonly used abbreviation of "squawk".
