Imagine my surprise when I couldn't even reply to him to say thank-you:
"We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more in discussions to be able to use this feature. "
Oddly enough, I was able to e-mail my gratitude using the 'contact' link. Seems a bit bizarre, but I'm sure there's a reason.
