Upload the image, then on the next page under "Resize Your Picture:" choose "Custom size" from the drop down list and enter "30" on the width option. Leave the rest, click "I'm done" and then "Save to disk"

Try this and follow the instructions carefully, the maximum size that the board allows is 130.

The forum maximum image sizes settings are 130 x 130 pixel with a file size no larger than 25000 bytes. If you are still having problems, perhaps post the image you are intending to use here
