Mixed formation of helos Pembrokeshire

Apologies if this is not the correct place to post this. Please move/remove if appropriate.
Yesterday, 22 February 2024, a flight of 7 helos comprising, I think, 3 Merlins (RN), 2 Wildcats (RN) and 2 Chinooks dropped into Haverfordwest airfield to refuel. Late afternoon. No serials available.
They appear to have arrived from the north.

Is anyone able to say where this flight originated and where they had been operating? Thanks.

It is/was the usual Faraday Field/Lpbster Pot ex. Been running this week, but has now ended.
I did not go down, but guess it was Chivenor as it was based in the SW.
