According to BARG seven Buffs arrived on 21 Feb and another on 22 Feb 1996, all of which were deployed until at least 9 March.

I don't know if this helps but we saw eight on 7/3/99 60-0010,022,&059 all Red, 60-0020 & 049 both Blue,61-0016 & 031 both Gold. All coded LA plus unmarked 60-0016. Phil

Agree with that plus 60-0020 was marked 20th BS, 60-0059 96th BS and 61-0031 2nd BW.
