Serial to Tail code tie up.

Serial to Tail code tie up.

After my disc problems I managed to recover a lot from tail codes on photographs .Possibility a lot from the 1980s/90s are wrong.Some years ago I came across a site that followed each Aircrafts history including codes. but I cant find it again. Just wondered what it was and if it stil operates.

Any help appreciated
