Does anyone know how long the caravan has been on the beach at the end of runway just curious

Has it overshot ? Is it military - an AC208 possibly :S

Hi, I assume you are talking about the Wardens Caravan. It is there
every year for the breeding season of the Arctic and Sandwich Terns that
nest on Starvation Island. The Warden puts signs out at low tide and stops
people disturbing the Terns by walking on the Island.

I got escorted off that island in 82 during a mass game of hide and seek whilst on a school camping trip. Some great aircraft visited Valley during that trip I'll tell you, lol!!
