Military Helicopter over Bicester 22/3/12

Seen a military aircraft recently but NOT at one of the bases or airfields listed below? Maybe it flew over the top of you today? Need to tie up the serial? Ask in here. Requests less than 6 months old only please.

At around 2020 tonight a unidentified military helicopter [Chinook,Merlin or Puma?] overflew Bicester heading southwest. does anyone know what it was & if possible its serial?. thanks Kevin

Hi Kevin, I was outside when this came over last night, didn't sound like a chinook and there was nothing showing on PP/MLAT
