Winter Photo Challenge - Voting

Post by Macc » Mon Apr 02, 2012 12:26 am

Hello all,

Note: In future photo challenges when entry levels are higher, we will be narrowing down the number of portfolios for voting to 5, because of the small nature of entries this time round you can vote on any complete portfolio. Incomplete portfolios are marked incomplete.

Here is the voting system we will operate on.

Firstly, voting is open till midnight on Friday 13 April 2012.

For each portfolio, you should look at each photo for two main details - image quality and category suitability.

Then you should average it out so in total you give the portfolio a mark out of 10 for image quality, and 5 for category suitability.

When voting you should send an e-mail to the address (below) with the title 'Winter Photo Challenge - Voting' and for each portfolio you vote for type out the username, followed by the two marks.

For example:-

User123abc: Image Quality - 8/10 Category Suitability - 3/5
User456def: Image Quality - 5/10 Category Suitability - 4/5
etc; etc;

You are not allowed to vote on your own portfolio.

Then leave your name, and username at the bottom.

The e-mail address:- competitions@aeroresource.co.uk

Many thanks,
Chris

Chris,

I have just found this message you posted on the 2nd would it not be an idea to send it to everyone's inbox ? I am sure I will not be the only one that hasn't seen the voting is only open until Monday.

Just to be fair on those people that actually took the time and effort to compete in the competition ?

Dave

Is there anyway we can see the results, I for one would like to see how I faired with the winning entry, that way I can learn what is liked and adjust my photography accordingly.
