Departure time of 13.35L according to the twitter feed.

Think they're due to display Dux @ approx 14.10L

Just seen on UKAR that she was at Duxford.
moans of lack luster display by all accounts. Dave Thomas was the best Display pilot of the Vulcan, shame he does not take the Helm any more.

To be fair, as much as I respect Martin Withers as a pilot, his displays seem to lack the flair and noise of someone such as Kev Rumens.

He had both days at B/mth last weekend and the Saturday display was very sedate and far too quiet. I know it came right after the Tornado demo but still.
I love seeing the Vulcan fly but it didn't captivate the audience like it could have, and with a limited amount of flying left I just don't see the point in holding back as much as that.

I can't criticise the Sunday display as the cloud base was low and visibility quite poor at times so I wouldn't expect anything other than a cautious display. In fact kudos to Martin for getting to both shows that day.

I believe it's Kev Rumens at Southport tomorrow, so you lucky folk can expect something more dynamic and noisy. Just wish it was like that every time.
