Hopefully if all goes to plan I'll be waiting on the hill in the Loop on the Monday waiting for a visitor or two coming by LL through the valleys 🤞

From memory the LN f15 and F35 both went through after RIAT, not sure if there were others.

The 48th are allowed. I believe they went through on the Thursday / Friday before as well.

Hi,

I have read the forum comments. Does anyone have any more information?

Will I be able to get departure tickets at the gate?

BelgianF-16s did it last year after Valley family day and American F-35 A did it on the way to Farnborough on Friday so there is always a chance……..

As I'm a first year FRIAT member I've decided to go into the FRIAT enclosure and experience the departures and tick off another first before the enclosure is moved to it's new location.

I have had such a good day today, relaxing on Totterdown Hill Campsite taking in the flying displays and even had chance to upload a video to my YouTube channel.

Looking forward to tomorrow :thumb:

I don't think you would be turned away if you parked on the tarmac at the West End (09 end) if they are airborne that way. I have seen people sit there over the years to do that, and I am sure someone else on the main RIAT thread mentioned it - don't hold me to it though :D
In previous years they have been checking people with vehicles at West had valid tickets if they wanted to stay with their cars.
