ID of Greek F-16s?

ID of Greek F-16s?
Did anyone else notice that the Greek F-16s carried what appeared to be USAF serials under the cockpits. "012" was 06-0012 (logical) but "028" was 06-2117 (not quite so logical). What should I take as the "serial number" as I'm not very up on the Greek Air Force although I know that in the past they commonly used USAF serial numbers as they acquired many ex-USAF jets.

012 and 028 are the Greek Serials
06-0012 and 06-2117 are the FMS Serials

06-2117 became 028 because there is already a range 110-149 F16 serials within the Greek AF.
