As far as I'm aware, the mig29 are still grounded so I wouldn't hold out too much hope on that one.
The Polish Mig-29 demo team said last month on their Facebook that they were displaying at some airshow in Europe in June...I am sure I put the link for it somewhere on this thread if not the link is on the UKAR thread.
Anyway, slightly off-topic, so I'll just say I'm very hyped for RIAT, no matter what will come, I will sit back and enjoy it![]()

So with it being bank holiday i wonder if the bigger aircraft from the USA will be announced for static? As they have done the last 2 years I have been following the announcements.....Was the Mig-21 not announced this time last year too or was that earlier? Anyway here's hoping for another great update from DBH

Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread

Italian & RAF F-35 on static, some USAF bombers, a phantom & an su-22 now would make it pretty decent.
And of course this Romanian mig-21

CANNOT find any Polish Su 22 / Mig 29 display info anywhere. Sadly I think we may be disappointed. ..
Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread
They haven't and in fact have never released a display calendar, pretty large conclusion you've jumped to there.

As James said it was self confirmed along with one Mig for static and a C-27J Spartan for static......The Hungarians will most likely cancel as they usual do but happy to be proved wrong this year.
Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread
Nice to have a B-52 again30 May 2019
Today we can confirm a diverse mix of static aircraft! The USAF will be sending a B-52H and KC-135, whilst the Royal Air Force have confirmed a Voyager tanker and Hawk T.1 from RAF Leeming. Also joining will be a QinetiQ owned PC-21, operated by the Empire Test Pilot School.
