According to the RIAT website, all future shows are going to be 3 days. I'm told these dates will be at the start
of the school summer holiday so the kids will be off on the Friday.
The problem is that the dates for 2016, 15/16/17 July are the same as for Farnborough, 11-17 July. This will
mean that it's probably unlikely that Fairford will see any of the a/c being shown at Farnborough.
Not a big deal if you attend both shows but for those that don't, it appears RIAT have decided that another day
for the families is worth sacrificing extra aircraft. Remember that a lot of the trade specific aircraft leave
Farnborough before the public weekend - I think it unlikely that they would fly to Fairford from Farnborough.
After all, if they were going to stay in the country until Monday, surely they will stay at Farnborough.
