Deramore, what exactly is the point you are trying to make here?

My point for clarification is this isn't sustainable

There are 34 full time staff and a heavyweght number of directors who i presume are all looking to be paid despite the fact there has been a massive decline in income.

There was literally nothing to do in 2020 and there will be nothing to do for the best part of this year.

Given the last show was in 2019 and there will not be another until 2022 that is a lot of salaries with no income save for those who bought tickets for 2021 and are rolling over yet again.

It might be unpalatable but i cannot see this situation continuing.

If its a charitable enterprise the trustees would be failing if that money was to pay someone to tweet once a week....

If its a business its difficult to see how it can survive.

All this assumes that the admin people, operations and public relations all hang around. I suspect many will try and get jobs elsewhere meaning the basic fabric that pulls the event together disintegrates.

If im wrong maybe the show organisers through the communication manager could let us know how they intend to hold things together?

I'm sure there will be work still to be fine running a business. Maybe they have an investment portfolio to manage. Future plans still need to be managed as with any project which basically is what RIAT is. Businesses don't just run themselves.

If there was an investment portfolio it would be in the accounts

OK - obviously you have - I have not as I have better things to do with my time. Point still stands that some of the staff must still be doing something if they are working. Maybe a request directly to the company may produce some answers for you.

I can't believe this is still going. Maybe look up the furlough scheme, in particular, 'flexible furlough' and save any further embarrassment?
