Have the E tickets been sent out yet please ?

My son bought me a ticket for Saturday and it said E tickets would be sent out at a date nearer the showtime but we have had nothing as yet .

Ours were emailed 15/6...

My son has logged into the account and managed to sort it now but appears the E.mail may have been lost if it appeared as JUNK mail.

Hi,

I ordered saturday tickets before and they arrived already, but last week (5th of may) I bought the friday tickets as well, these have not been received yet.
Anyone know how long that could take?
Edit: my tired brain didn't think of the spam folder
Still odd, why these get to the spam folder when the other order with same email address was in my normal folder

Well, it's a little known fact that computers are all built with a secret random behaviour circuit.
It makes them act more like a cat, and people love cats, don't they...?
