Possibly but there were only 4, would that be right (I'm no expert....)

Well I could only see 4....

Edit, there are now 5 :-)

Seafire, not Spitfire. Was up on an airtest earlier, imagine it's the same now.

Hi all

Two quick questions.

Given the show is now full for pay on the gate, can anyone confirm please that all six EC120s of the 'Patrulla Aspa' can bee seen on the ground from the P&V area (or the A15 if necessary)?

Secondly, to help plan an arrival time tomorrow, does anyone know what time the Turkish A400 is due to depart please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks.

Kind regards, C

The Spanish choppers can't be seen from the PAVE and I didn't notice them from the A15 on my way back to Sleaford. The F18s and F16s are down the Harmston end too.
The A400 is supposed to be leaving before 10am but that's only rumour

Cheers

Adrian

Yes Flares was used today by Solo Turk and excellent display that was, I am questioning the fact that I thought flares were not allowed?

We nearly all got caught by surprise with this one but I was lucky my finger was on the button for the first release of flares ;) The 2nd Turk display with the spare jet was the medium to Low level display practice, so no flares were used.

Any reason for the flare rule to change because I think they have stored them away from other display aircraft to allow it to be armed?
