Not attending this year, but wouldn't mind a trip into the area on a weekday, can anyone recommend a place to view? (where I won't be moved on!)

Last night (19:00) there were good views available - and a little parking - at Eelmore Bridge and from the Swan pub there was no hindrance to getting down the private road.

I should add that I was cycling and on foot. Some of where I was is certainly inaccessible to cars, but not Eelmore Bridge.

From the outside after 18:30 is the best time

The stewards at Eelmoor are great and given park on the rough ground out of the way.

The Spanish AV-8 that you can see most of has a small 17 on the tail which I hope corresponds to the code 01-917 for serial VA1B-27

The US Navy P-8 is readable on the nose : 433 LR

You can see the army Chinook at the other end - same aircraft from ILA :grr:

I saw the A400 on static and then display, it had the RAF 100 tail and was marked EC-400 with a small Spanish flag, guess that is it's pre delivery Reg.
