IMHO partly cloudy at Duxford can often help depending on the time of the day and where you manage to squeeze yourself into !

That is of course unless you are a member of another well known forum who like to freeload when you have the sun on your backs all day :whistle:

I would happily pay a premium rate to get onto the south side of the runway to get optimum light for my photography, if Duxford are silly enough not to take advantage of that its their loss :whistle:

Well any one can take a half decent photograph with the sun behind them.

Where's the challenge in that?. :D

Can they ? :unsure: I,ve seen plenty that cant, but only a fool would not put them selves in the best position , besides I,m not after "Half Decent" images :D

Why is it forum specific? Are you saying that Fighter Control members don't take advantage of the fields at Duxford? Take a look at the various Duxford Airshow photography threads posted every year on FC. Also remember that some people support the show with a ticket but choose to photograph from the fields.
