yes that great thread of "I know whats due but wont tell you...".

The Polikarpov I-16 has definatly arrived as there is a video on the TFC blog of it arriving
http://friends-of-tfc.blogspot.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (scroll down to the arrivals bit) not sure on the 262. I'll be going one day over the weekend, not sure which yet

yes I did read that..someone posted ."why dont you go along and see whats there?" A better question would be "why dont you stop pretending to know whats there, when really you dont know

"

I remember last year or the year before they were trying to get the P-38 Glacier Girl flown over for the show, but it never made it.
Anyone got any more updates on this aircraft and its current status.
I dont think it is scheduled to appear for the 2010 legends, but I was just wondering if a future appearance is on the backburner?

No wonder some of those claiming to be "in the know" were lying about the aircraft due

Not one of Legends stronger lineup's

I'll be there on Saturday with my other half 'Big Windy'. Looking forward to seeing the I-16 and getting even more sunburned by the looks of things.

I agree there, I had the misfortune of reading that thread as well, but I guess some people have nothing better to do..
Hopefully see you there Mont

I'll be there again, very much looking forward to this show now. Flying Legends and RIAT done and dusted in a 10 day period. Best week-and-a-bit of the year!
