Slightly 'off topic' - although they were part of the fly-past - but does anyone have serials for the Silver C45 and two Texans (one in Portuguese markings) that took part yesterday, please?
G-BKGL is the Be18

Just checked my camera card. First formation T-6 was silver G-BGOR marked 14863. There was also a camo one G-BJST marked AJ841. This was in the third 'group' with HA-LIX. Hope of use.

In case anyone is interested in keeping tabs on the D-Day Squadron Daks for when they pass through on their way home, hopefully this thread can be kept running with updates.

N25641 Legends Airways is back at Prestwick having flown direct from Germany. It was flying westbound off the North Norfolk coast before turning inland - at which point I wondered if it was inbound Duxford. After a prompt right turn near Fakenham however they continued North to Scotland.

According to the D-Day Squadron FB page a number of their Daks are heading to Venice next.

Any updates most welcome.

Dan

Quick update based on recent movements. Can't promise 100% accuracy!

N33611 Clipper Tabitha May (Pan Am white/blue scheme) is at Dole in France, due to depart for Prestwick today for the flight home.
N47SJ Betsy's Biscuit Bomber is at Duxford. Did a local flight yesterday.
N877MG (Pan American Silver/Blue scheme) is at Duxford.
N24320 Miss Montana departed Duxford yesterday afternoon for Prestwick.
N47E Miss Virginia is at Salzburg in Austria.
'D-Day Doll' and 'That's All Brother' are due at the Paris airshow.
N8336C Benovia Express is (I think) at Dole in France.
N25641 Legends Airways is back in Canada homeward bound.
N103NA Flabob Express has recently departed Reykjavik for Greenland.
Some of the remaining D-Day Squadron Daks are attending an event in Venice this weekend.
