Saw this last night, its cool but it very tame at the same time. It doesn't give to much away but I guess you can't go putting on any old aircraft if they are not confirmed or not attending

Little Bit of Information Regarding Assets For Commando Assault Was Released Yesterday in a Comment on Facebook.
As it stands the RAF Merlin, AAC Apache and AAC Wildcat will take part in the finale along with the resident Junglies. Further negotiations on additional participants for the finale are ongoing
So Assets For Commando Assault Currently Are:
6 x Sea King HC4
1 x Lynx AH9A
1 X RAF Merlin
1 X AAC Apache
1 X AAC Wildcat
2 X Hawk T1

And This Was Also Part of the Comment Last Night.
Unfortunately the Apache will only be taking part in the finale - no solo display. However, we have a replacement lined up...all will be revealed next week!

Latest Newsletter Posted.
It’s been a busy few weeks since our last update and we are pleased to say that we have plenty of good news for you regarding UK military aircraft participation at this year’s Air Day.

The RAF and the Army have exceeded our expectations by allocating all their display assets to Air Day. Representing the RAF will be the Red Arrows, Typhoon, Chinook, Tucano and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight’s Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricane. The British Army’s latest attack helicopter – the Wildcat along with their Apache will feature in the explosive Commando Assault finale whilst their back-flipping Lynx will perform a solo display.

Meanwhile, the home team will be represented in full force with various Lynx, Sea Kings and Merlins performing in the air and available for inspection on the ground. The Royal Navy’s version of the Wildcat will also take part with its predecessor in the Maritime Role Demo. The Royal Navy Historic Flight hope to have both their Swordfish in the air by the time Air Day comes round which is something that hasn’t happened for a very long time and particularly poignant as this year marks the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the Atlantic.

On the foreign front the Royal Jordanian Falcons make a welcome return with their Middle Eastern aerobatic flair which will be in stark contrast to the performance expected from the Swiss Air Force F/A-18 Hornet! We will be announcing further foreign participation next week so keep your eyes on Facebook and the official list for the latest line-up.

In the coming weeks we plan to bring you news of historic aircraft bookings, special flypasts, static aircraft allocations and much more.
Interesting to Note the Last Two Paragraphs.
More Foreign Participation TBC Next Week - Press Launch is on Tuesday - They May Announce Then.
Special Flypast - Sounds Interesting.
