Detailed list. The Sea King coded 188 in the last block should be XV714 rather than XV174.

Looks like the Seafury has had a bit of a bump.
Won't speculate . But from where I was looking it might have been an engine failure. ??
Wheel up landing to side of runway. After what looked like a dead stick landing ?? First signs Pilot ok

Well the mig just departed. With only 4000 ft avaliable to him (part of the runway is closed due to Seafury crash investigation). Quick Google search shows a mig 29 needs 1875 feet to take off :O so it was tight.not much room for error!
Pictures the follow.

I would imagine he was full to the brim with fuel! Either that or he wanted a closer look as he passed ;)

Taken from the bog roof!! So there only for the record!
Looks like everyone gathered with the guys at the crash site (poor old Seafury :'( ) for a better look. ImageImageImageImageImage
Guess I should have been at the other end to catch him lifting of..
Look forward to next year. When the polish said they would love to come back ;)

Does any one have the serials of the display Merlin and the three Merlins and three Sea Kings that took off at the end.
Thanks for any help Alan
The display Merlin was ZH832, the same one that put down in a field a few days ago! :)

The Merlins for the Flypast were ZH857, ZH832 and ZH827.

Sea Kings were XV707, ZA166 and XV647.

Thanks Alan that's perfect, only thing I am short of is 2z Merlin in the maintenance hangar that faces the viewing area but I doubt that was in the public area of the airshow?

thanks

Merlin ZF641 is not on 'Dummy Deck'
There is only one 'Merlin' on 'Dummy Deck', and that is the one that is 'suposed' to be a replica.
