On his way in now is Merlin(I think) Westland 06. From a distance I could see it was mk3 not a navy cab. But could it be an Algerian one??

definatly a Mk3 shape. but was it just a RAF Mk3 or 3A?? don't normally return to CU under a westland Call sign?? of was it an Algerian on? (colour looks to dark for that?) OR.....was it the new Italian HH-101?!!! i hope it was ! :Wow:
Any help please...

I don't think the Algerians have flown recently, and they're white anyway. ZR352 - the Italian did fly on Monday, but it would be difficult to rule out an RAF HC3/3A.

Westland 06 went out on Monday continuing with Exeter Approach, which was an RAF Merlin.

Thanks Rick and Malcolm for the reply . Chances are this is the machine that then routed down to culdrose.
Clears that one up I guess
