What's the story with 'pv' ?2e1var wrote:http://www.nicstorey.co.uk/planeplotter/node/6
Dunno - was showing half way between Dover and Calais, in the middle of the oggin. So it's either a cross channel ferry fitted with PP, or someone has entered their position incorrectly.DaveG wrote:Can't see pv on map, is it mixed with others or missing ? The RPi option on it's own won't support MLAT - yet. Currently the only way MLAT is supported is if you have a PC running PP.KyleG wrote:I run Planeplotter but do not run a receiver, but with the change regarding MLAT with RTL Dongles, I'm looking into starting one using a Raspberry Pi. Don't expect anything soon as money is quite short, but it's definitely on my list of things to do

Problem is, I can't feed 24/7 on my current PC. That's why I was looking into using a RPi.m0bzee wrote:Kyle, Don't forget that you can now also MLAT using windows and a dongle too.
It's me on the PP group too. We are starting work on an RPi only PP-MLAT system, but it will be several weeks before anything can be released.KyleG wrote:Problem is, I can't feed 24/7 on my current PC. That's why I was looking into using a RPi.
