# 'Old Chestnut' Alert...#

With a BTF at Fairford imminent, does anyone fancy the odds of a B-52 flypast...? :)

Ground - 121.950 - 241.400 - 131.875 - 269.700
Tower - 128.650 - 278.675 - 378.650 - 357.125

A line up of 18 Jags - that is a bit special

Heard the French are flying from Waddington - M2000D but are they also expecting Rafales ?

Is Cosford Club worth doing?

Haven't been to Cosford Airshow before, so not sure what the flightline is like on a standard ticket. Photographing the flying display will be the most important part of the day for me.

Been it it every year and really like it. It is pretty much crowd centre and seated. It can be quite busy early in the day but plenty of space and usually clears after the Reds display. Been up front every year at it even with only arriving 45 mins before flying begins due to Sunday trains.

Private toilets mean little to no queues and a few burger/drinks vans. Free programme also and last year we got to meet all the RAF Falcons who came over to talk and sign autographs.

Though if photography is your main aim then they have a new dedicated photography enclosure.

Just the M2000D for Waddo as it stands.

Pictures of Eagles don't equal Eagles? Can't say I blame FBers for that. Plus a couple of LN birds aren't too much to ask.
Although anyone who thought it was the Boeing demo...
Yes there are no Falcon emoji's, but they aren't the only way to communicate. Poor PR from the media team, again.

There was a parachute emoji ;)

(I think it's a bit childish adding in teasers like they do, but hey ho...)

There ya go!

I agree, but guess that works with the general punters that sell out the show every year. Speaking of which, I notice it currently isn't sold out...

I was thinking a pair of F-15s from LN. Even a flypast from them would be feasible.

Why would it be feasible though? They've never done it before (i.e. Cosford shows) People just act like it's a simple act of chucking up 2 aircraft on a Sunday, as if they're sat there twiddling their thumbs. It really isn't that straight forward. Especially with many deployments.

I’m guessing Saturday will be practice day? Anything lined up to do so?

If you don’t ask, you don’t get. Simple.
