I have got my ticket. Not the same scramble as last year (yet) but I think people will be waiting to see what the weather is like or are sulking after the amount of cancellations last year?

Or 'sulking' at the somewhat uninspiring line up?

As it's only a couple of miles from my house, I always go to the Cosford show. It is shaping up nicely now but I bought my tickets ages ago.Friday and Saturday on the railway platform and Sunday in the crowd. :D

Not on Sunday, normally there are plenty of rail staff organizing the people arriving by train so the platform is off limits.
Friday and Saturday are usually OK for arrivals and practice but it's not a certainty.

Rumours are often far from the truth, as in this case. They were never confirmed, just a select few viewing Cosford on the website as gospel that they are coming.

Not sure if anyone was thinking of viewing outside of the wire?
I had an email earlier regarding an outside viewing area which I have attended & was great for viewing the show after the one year tickets sold out.

Hi All
Further to discussions with RAF Cosford recently I can now confirm that the Kennel Lane site of Albrighton Cricket Club and Tennis Club will be closed for safety reason on Sunday 19th June. ALL access to the site will be denied by vehicle or on foot. Please find as attached document to which I will be very grateful for you to forward on.Many thanks for your support.

Hope this is any help to anyone?
Kind regards. Stu. H

Is there any expectation of a couple fast jets to be added between now and the show?

Other than the six acts already flying, and the five on static?

By the looks of the website, there is still 19 acts to be announced, but that may not be the case.

Fair enough but MiG, Red Arrows, Sea Vixen, Gnats and Provost don't really fall into the fast jet category.

Perhaps I meant current fast jets, F16s, F-18s, both of which were there last year.

Just a little disappointing this year.
