Cosford have tweeted a 'tickler'. Three symbols - sheep, kiwi fruit, rugby ball............ (Hmmm wonder which country that could be,,,)

Find that interesting in that they have declined the invite from RIAT.

True, but if everyone that was invited went to RIAT he show would be a fortnight long!

I agree, but just thought that it being the RAF's 100th NZ would be represented at RIAT given the close connections between our two countries and the large number of Kiwi's who have served with the RAF both in war and peacetime.

Or maybe the RNZAF have decided to go to the only official RAF event for the RAF's 100th anniversary, rather than to RIAT?

May well be the case and perhaps also the aircraft in question may already have cause to be in this part of the world at that time.

It would be far more exciting for the Cosford organisers if it did attempt to land and join the static park! :O :P :O

Great addition :D

I've noticed when the aircraft list is updated on the website, there is now a *new* icon beside them. Makes things easier to see what's new in the list with so much on it now :)

P40 from The Fighter Collection, Fairchild Argus II and a Grob Prefect from 57 Squadron on static confirmed today. Also Tornado F3 ZE340 was on the move to the static today.
Tornado F3 ZE340 has been moved from @No1SofTT @RAF_Cosford to the airfield in readiness for this year's @cosfordairshow. It will now be readied, given full sqn markings, a wash and a simulated weapon load as it would have carried on a combat air patrol (CAP) over the North Sea.
News this week about the Saturday as well as a flying display. Which will quite likely be the above mentioned F16 :)
Lots to announce over the coming days...including news about Saturday 9th June...and a new addition to the flying display!
