Yup, good chance one will come for static with the lack of US Heavies.

Definately would love to see the Voyager and if they haven't been retired by the 7th September how about a VC-10.

Wouldn't be surprised if the RAF Sea King doesn't show. Been scheduled at a few shows I've been at in recent years and hardly ever seen one, more likely the Gannet Navy ones will appear.

After the 1-6 line up last year it would be only fitting to have a line up of one of each of RAF Typhoon Squadrons.

They had that at RIAT this year all the RAF Typhoon Sqn's along with the 617 special and 2 x Italian Tiffies, wouldn't mind seeing a couple of german Tiffies as well. But apart from the 617 special and the Typhoons at leuchars, As venom said looking very thin on the ground still another 44 days to go.

Hoping for a load of static updates to come.

Budgie

Not quite Budgie, a 41(R) TES Typhoon was missing at RIAT but it was still a very impressive line up :thumb:
Posh are going to Wembley (albeit for a tin cup)

Oh how wonderful it would be to go back to the days of non internet so when you pitched up at the airshow everything was a surprise! Don't you like a surprise because I certainly do!
Just wait and see what happens - Leuchars is always a fab day out come rain, shine or petrol strikes - come and support it - it might be the last one and to have a show is better than nothing at all! See you all on the 7th September!!!!!

Good call there Squadron Prints, wish they could bring back the days when you would arrive at the Airfield for the Airshow not knowing what was there so that everything was a complete surprise.

Unable to make East Fortune but looking forward as always to Leuchars having also been unable to make Waddington this Year.
