An office view of the Mach Loop

Post by Cheesy » Mon Sep 29, 2014 8:18 pm

Evening all,

The top post on my aviation photography FB page shows a video I shot while being flown around the Mach Loop earlier in the month. The weather was decidedly hazy, but you get the idea:

Paul - that was absolutely fabulous. I am now amazed how the crews find the time to wave to the photographers and how on earth do you navigate down such runs? As a puddle jumper pilot flying at 100kts over relatively flat ground am gobsmacked how you know when (and where) to turn. Total respect as usual to the crews who fly for us.

Good point, although I'm unlikely to forget - I did the air to air footage!

Good shout, supposedly it's also on iPlayer and can be found on Sky if you're not in the BBC1 Wales region!
