Omega Air Refueling DC-10-40 N974VV and 2 U.S. Navy Super Hornets + 1 EA-18 Growler depart from Tampere-Pirkkala Airport in Finland after HX Challenge, an evaluation event hosted by the Finnish Air Force to decide the next fighter jet for Finland. A delay caused the Super Hornets to taxi to the civil apron for refueling, allowing for some great close up shots!
