Rafale coming to Croatia (25.04.2024.)

In the barracks "Colonel Marko Živković" in Velika Gorica on April 25, 2024. a ceremonial welcome was organized for the first six of a total of 12 multi-purpose Rafale fighter jets that will be in operational use in the 191st Fighter Squadron of the 91st Wing of the Croatian Air Force.

Few days later..
On the occasion of the solemn celebration of the 29th anniversary of the military police operation "Flash", on Wednesday 01.05.2024., in the morning hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the Croatian Air Force's multi-purpose Rafale fighter planes flew over the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
This flyover is also the first task performed by Croatian Air Force pilots with the Rafale multi-purpose fighter planes.It was a sign of gratitude and respect for all the participants of the military police operation "Flash", and especially for all the Croatian veterans who laid down their lives for Croatian freedom and independence.
