Re: Corgi Archive 72nd Scale Spitfires and Patches
How'd the day go?
Re: Corgi Archive 72nd Scale Spitfires and Patches
Hi DavieB
In my opinion the day went very well... dispite the weather the Sellers and Buyers turned out to make it another brilliant day at this great venue.
The Team at Newark Air Museum did an amazing job in putting the event together... superb Covid19 controls that were well implemented ensuring the safety and well being of all who attended.
The organisation and running of the event on the day to make sure everyone had a great time was superb... very well set out... clear instruction... very kind and helpful staff and the weather held off just enough for us all.
I'm already looking forward to the next event... I've stood at Newark on the Aeroboot Sale days for many years now and every event is superb.
This event was no different... plenty of interesting conversations... stories and people sharing all things aviation related.
A great day.

Thanks for that update Tiger, glad to hear it was a good day. Would have gone had I been in the area, quite a fan of the museum there, been a couple of times - always think it punches well above its weight!
